If you are not part of the battle if a fight is going, you can enter and watch yes, but only about 1 or 2 post per page. It disrupts the flow of battle when people just randomly jump in to it, talking nonsense.

ninja 1: I throw a kunai at steve.

-|Kouhei Kihaku|-

Killian's Kouhei Kihaku allows him to essentially stop anything having violent or harmful intent from manifesting itself.
Meaning through this ability, Killian is able to thoroughly halt any aggression that may take form in a conflict as long as the energy comes in contact with said entity, be it harmful to himself or anything in the area.
If that still didn't make sense... Complete Negation unless overpowered completely by a stronger force.
Being a Psion, this would also explain why his own energy would have an immunity to the constraints of time.

-|Yoki|-

Yoki is a base energy for Demons; however, was put under short mastery up to a certain point and only these attributes were attained.

10% Yoki release = Change in eye color and increase in speed and strength

11%-49% = increase in muscle mass, tone, structure, demonic power, and more speed and strength

50% = stabilized point. Appearance returns to a normal humanoid appearance, but eye color remains changed and fangs and claws grow, strength, speed, resilience, and demonic power drastically increased.

-|Sealing|-

Creates a seal around Seraph or Demon completely lock away their full potential when deemed necessary, either temporarily or permanent. The seal usually takes the form of a pendant for females and a bracelet with a lock for males. The seal is unbreakable through ordinary means and can only be removed for short durations of time by one other than itself and usually has to be sealer or blood relative.

Is a technique that can instantly prohibit any chosen movement with limitations or range and time limit as well as immobility. However, the limitations seem to break around one's such caliber. Meaning massive area coverage along with nearly limitless amount of time to sustain the said tech; however, the immobility constraint still remains. Of course if the user's concentration is broken through various means so is the immobility for the opponent.
